About

I am a licensed mental health counselor and a single mother of two wonderful boys. By day, I help my clients cope with their issues. By night, I work on raising my kids the best way that I know how. For years, I have been going through the motions of life. Thing is, I didn’t know that I was living that way… I knew I wasn’t necessarily happy but I wasn’t necessarily unhappy either. Life broke me and when I started riding I realized the rut I was in. This blog is a raw, uncensored, emotionally wide open look at the ups and downs of my life’s journey and how cycling awakened my soul. Cycling is my passion, writing is my outlet.

  1. Your blog is truly wonderful. A lot of the time, long paragraphs can look daunting to read, but not here. I was hooked the entire time. On the WordPress Dashboard under “Appearance” (I think) there is a section called widgets. Under there, you can add things to the side of your blog. For instance, you can have recent posts show up on the side of your blog so it’s easier for readers to click around and check out your other posts. Other than that, keep doing what you’re doing!
